Director Lee Sang-keun presents a fierce and spicy comedy featuring demons, "Pretty Crazy" (Director Lee Sang-keun/Provided and distributed by CJ ENM/Produced by Oeyunae Gang), which is set to be released on Aug. 13 (Wed). Along with the announcement of the release date, a crazy character video and four character posters will be revealed.
The film "Pretty Crazy" tells the story of "Kil-gu" (played by Ahn Bo-hyun), a young man who takes on an extraordinary part-time job to watch over "Seon-ji" (played by Lim Yoon-a), who wakes up as a demon every dawn, in a demonic comedy that will blow his mind.
The released crazy character video properly announces the birth of hilarious comedy this summer. Four characters showcase unique interpretations of the word CRAZY in their respective situations, evoking laughter. The moment when Seon-ji, possessed by demons, exclaims "I'm going crazy," Kil-gu, immersed in a chilling hellish part-time job, states "I can't take it anymore," as well as Jang-soo, who has served Seon-ji for over 20 years, saying "I have been crazy for a long time..." and Ara, who is exhausted from taking care of her cousin Seon-ji, lamenting "I'm about to go crazy..." showcases the crazy acting that comes from dealing with the clutch of demons.
The four character posters released together allow a glimpse into the unique personalities of the special characters. Seon-ji, who awakens as a high-ranking demon every dawn, shows her individuality with a bubbly hairstyle and intense red point style, embodying the keyword "addictive demon."
Kil-gu, portrayed with a large frame, displays an expression that blends half fear and half curiosity, adorned with the introduction "harmless part-time worker" at the top. The expression of Jang-soo, the "enlightened dad" who looks somewhat tired and liberated, and Ara, the "peculiar cousin" who wears a discontented expression like Seon-ji, further heightened expectations for what these characters will showcase in "Pretty Crazy."
As the film "Pretty Crazy" raises anticipation by unveiling the crazy character video and character posters, it is set to be released in theaters on Aug. 13 (Wed).
