As the enlistment of actor Lee Jae-wook from 'Fresh off the Sea' was quietly revealed, Lim Ji-yeon could not stop her tears.
In the episode aired on the 6th of tvN's variety show 'Fresh off the Sea', Dex, who had showcased a great chemistry with Park Joon Myun and Yum Jung-ah in Season 1, appeared being treated more like a guest rather than a worker before departing. Dex showed an expression as if he was back home for the first time in a while.
Under the leadership of Yum Jung-ah, a satisfying lunch menu was decided while enjoying the summer breeze on the countryside porch. The menu included spicy clam stew stir-fried with various seasonings, tofu soup with plenty of shrimp, and hearty shiitake mushroom egg stew.
Dex, while preparing lunch, caught everyone's attention as he bickered with Lim Ji-yeon.
Dex teased, "Can you fry an egg?" and Lim Ji-yeon replied, "Hey, I'm Lim Ji-yeon." That evening felt a bit strange because Lee Jae-wook was about to enlist. He smiled and said, "It feels too lonely going home like this," and Lim Ji-yeon shed tears. Moreover, the next day was Lee Jae-wook's birthday. To further stir the already empty feelings of the members, it even rained heavily.
