Kim Jong-min, who briefly left for his honeymoon, has returned.
In the episode aired on the 6th on KBS2's '1 Night 2 Days Season 2', Kim Jong-min's return was followed by scenes of the members exploring Jeju Island.
On this day, the members gathered at Kymnyeong Beach in Jeju for the opening. Moon Se-yoon remarked to the members arriving later than him, "Aren't you coming quickly? I'm the only one who made it into the top 5 best members chosen by Kim Jong-min. Aren't you all working hard?"
In response, DinDin said, "Coincidentally, the four of us were lying in our lodging after dinner, and when we turned on the TV, we saw Jong-min hyung on 'Problem Child in House.' I was watching it with interest. But suddenly, Kim Jong-min announced the top 5 members of '1 Night 2 Days' from all time, and we were all nervous about it."
At that time, Kim Jong-min had picked Eun Ji-won as the first member, Lee Seung-gi as the second, and Cha Tae-hyun as the third. DinDin noted, "I was thinking, shouldn't we be coming out soon?" and revealed that Kim Jong-min named Kim Joon-ho in fourth place. Yoo Seon-ho mentioned, "At that point, Se-yoon's expression really got worse. Everyone was like, 'I'm not on the list.'" DinDin added, "What I felt at that moment was, oh okay, one spot remains?" revealing his competitive spirit.
However, the fifth place was Moon Se-yoon. Moon Se-yoon said, "The three of them must have chewed me out a lot and said they wouldn't let me get away with it at the opening tomorrow," and Jo Sae-ho expressed disappointment, saying, "The tension dropped a bit." Yoo Seon-ho added, "Sae-ho hyung went straight to the room," and Jo Sae-ho joked, "I went to the room, turned on the shower, and washed while crying. I was afraid my crying would leak out."
Moon Se-yoon suggested, "When you come in, ask about the worst five," and as Kim Jong-min appeared, he teased, "Hey, it smells like Europe." On the other hand, the other members jeered with "Woo-woo-woo," while only Moon Se-yoon welcomed Kim Jong-min, saying, "My best friend!"
He said, "The best five have arrived," and exclaimed, "Hey, I chose 5th, right?" Kim Jong-min replied, "Oh, did I?" in a bewildered manner. The members continued to jeer, and Moon Se-yoon announced, "Kim Jong-min has returned." At that moment, Jo Sae-ho remarked, "We feel unfortunate. Last night, unintentionally," revealing that they had watched 'Problem Child in House.'
DinDin pointed out, "Do you remember going out to 'Problem Child in House'? Didn't you select the top 5 members of '1 Night 2 Days'? We coincidentally watched it together yesterday. So right now, I'm really furious. If it's going to be like this, what's the point of doing it together? I felt really bad about it." In response, Kim Jong-min attempted to clarify, saying, "There is a misunderstanding. Because if we all gather, it would make for a strange soccer game. There should be defenders and a goalkeeper and various players. The current members are the best," but the reaction was cold.
In response, DinDin proposed, "Then let's gather the worst five. As far as I know, I have about two in my head," and Kim Jong-min joked, "Do you know who they are? You know you're included in there, right?" This made everyone laugh. Moon Se-yoon suggested, "Forget the worst part and let's just pick one for 6th place," and Kim Jong-min replied, "I know you're really good, but since it hasn't been long, I'll pick DinDin," choosing the long-standing member DinDin. Lee Joon, not wanting to let go, asked, "What about 7th?" and Kim Jong-min picked Jo Sae-ho, which frustrated him.
Jo Sae-ho said, "When you are here, it feels stable," and Moon Se-yoon also expressed, "I'm glad a complete set has come." DinDin asked, "Did you have fun on your honeymoon?" Kim Jong-min joyfully replied, "Honestly, I had a great time and was very happy." Jo Sae-ho then inquired, "When you went on your honeymoon, how did you feel knowing we were recording? I was a bit anxious. I had many worries about whether it would be okay," and Kim Jong-min reassured, "Honestly, I had no worries at all," adding, "I trusted that you were all working hard, so I truly had none," which moved everyone.
Meanwhile, the production team announced, "This year has been designated as the year of visiting national heritage in Jeju, and we will open special spaces that have not been disclosed until now, so you can experience new aspects of Jeju." They introduced the theme of the day as an adventure travel special called 'Treasure Island' where they will explore Jeju looking for hidden treasures. The team will explore various parts of Jeju and must successfully gather 60 treasures to be allowed to sleep indoors, but whenever they are short by 10 treasures, one person will have to sleep outdoors.
To split into two teams, Moon Se-yoon, Lee Joon, and DinDin formed one team, while Kim Jong-min, Jo Sae-ho, and Yoo Seon-ho formed the other. While moving to the mission location, Yoo Seon-ho asked, "What is treasure number 1?" Jo Sae-ho replied, "I am family," but when asked to exclude family and mention an item, he said, "It's just an item, so I won't give it any meaning. It's my bag. I bought it with difficulty. I saved a bit for it because I wanted that bag." Kim Jong-min then said, "I've been wanting a wedding ring lately," prompting Jo Sae-ho to reflect, "Oh, I should have done that too," which elicited laughter.
Meanwhile, on this day, the Moon Se-yoon team headed for Bengdui Cave, and Kim Jong-min's team explored Kymnyeong Cave. The undisclosed areas were specially opened for '1 Night 2 Days' viewers by the Korea Heritage Service and Jeju Island. At this location, Kim Jong-min's team played a game where they had to mimic poses in a dark setting, successfully answering six questions and earning 12 treasures.
