Yubin expressed her desire for a reunion of the Wonder Girls.
On the 5th, a video titled "Wonderfuls! Is this not a dream, the Wonder Girls are talking about a Wonder Girls reunion?" was uploaded to the 'Yubin's Spotlight' channel.
In the video, Wonder Girls members Hyerim, Sohee, and Sunye appeared as guests and discussed together. During the conversation, Yubin asked, "If we were to create a group chat again and work together, for example, if we were to reunite, what would that be like?"
He mentioned that he recently attended a full concert of 2NE1 and said, "Since I played soccer with Minji, I was a member of FC Top Girl. It felt really emotional, pretty, and cool. So, I think it would be nice if we had a good opportunity to reunite. I think it would be good if such opportunities were given. There are people who might not have overlapping schedules, right? I haven't performed 'I Feel You' and 'Why So Lonely' with Sunye and Sohee. I also think the fans would be curious about that."
In response, Sunye said, "How much do the fans miss us? I've heard that a lot while working. And I was away for ten years. When I came back, I remembered the episodes we shared while working as the Wonder Girls, the feelings we have in our heads. It's not just something that belongs to the six of us; it's so prevalent among those who viewed us from outside. I feel like I'm aging, experiencing, and living with those people while sharing that generational empathy. That feels really precious, like a luxury that deepens over time."
Yubin said, "I have that grateful feeling, but I think imagining it is fun," and Sunye replied, "I like that unnie is always like this. The approach of 'that would be fun' has always been there." Yubin then shared her honest thoughts, saying, "That's right. If we think about performing together, going out to eat delicious food, and having fun music trips together, it would be fun to tour like that."
Hyerim, hearing this, responded positively, saying, "A music trip sounds great," and Sohee added, "I don't know when it will happen, but if everything aligns perfectly, it seems like we would have fun when we meet. It's so different now. In some ways, I think, 'This is the Yubin I knew,' and then I'm like, 'Oh, this is how she is now.' I think we would learn a lot more from each other."
