Comedian Hong Hyun-hee expressed anger over the fake news divorce rumors.
Kim Young-chul posted a video titled 'Kim Young-chul vs. Hong Hyun-hee, an honest talk pouring out all the accumulated feelings (+ entertainment industry scoop, no upper or lower)' on his YouTube channel 'Kim Young-chul Original' on 4th.
Hong Hyun-hee commented on the recent divorce rumors, saying, "These days, articles strangely say, 'If you don't have children, you get divorced,' which seems too sensationalistic."
She added, "I've never used the wording of divorce. I just roughly mentioned that after 10 years of marriage, if there are no children, we can spend time apart while maintaining our marriage, but the articles came out too sensationally," revealing her discomfort.
Thinking that her husband Jasson might have been hurt, Hong Hyun-hee said, "You know I didn't say that to my husband, right?" to which her husband replied that he understood. She continued, "I've never mentioned the word divorce, so why would I be afraid to say it? Later, when Jun-beom grows up and searches this, these stories will remain," feeling upset.
She stated, "Being married is something to be grateful for, so how could I talk about divorce?"
