In "Brave Detectives 4," they continue to track down the criminals who committed brutal crimes.
The 41st episode of "Brave Detectives 4," directed by Lee Ji-sun, will air on the 4th and features Detective Park Gi-hoon, former Police Commissioner Yoon Wae-chul from the Scientific Investigation Unit (KCSI), and Sergeant Kim Jin-soo, who will present the case investigations they solved themselves.
The broadcast will begin with a report from a restaurant that a box wrapped in plastic in the alley was emitting a foul odor. The police officers immediately request the response team as soon as they open the box. Inside, two bundles of blood-stained blankets were found wrapped in duct tape, and within the blankets, pieces of a dismembered leg wrapped in plastic and newspaper were discovered. The more shocking fact was that the flesh from the thigh and calf had been cut away.
Ten days later, another sack of rice is discovered in a nearby redevelopment area. This time, the body found was cut horizontally across the chest and pelvis, and all the internal organs were gone. Detectives expand their investigation to determine if the body belongs to the same victim or if it is another victim. After inquiries, detectives uncover a studio apartment where a woman in her 20s had been living alone. This woman was imprisoned for fraud, and crucial evidence related to the case was found there.
Next, the Scientific Investigation Unit reveals another shocking case that began with a small body found in a plastic bag in the river. The corpse, curled up, was so decomposed that its age could not initially be estimated. An autopsy revealed that the body was split open from below the chest to the navel, and post-mortem wounds were found on the thigh and behind the knee. The body also appeared to have been abandoned somewhere for a long time.
The victim was a woman in her mid-20s who had been living with a cohabiting partner and a young child. The cohabiting partner was initially identified as the primary suspect, but investigations revealed that another man disappeared with the victim last, bringing the case into a new phase. The true nature of the perpetrator, who lived with the corpse for a staggering four months, raises questions, and the shocking truth can be confirmed in "Brave Detectives 4."
