On the 2nd, Lim Lara and Son Min-soo posted a video titled "Am I going to have a son? Am I going to have a daughter? The definitive twin gender guessing video!" on their YouTube channel 'Enjoy Couple.'
In the video, Lim Lara reached 16 weeks of her twin pregnancy. As a result, she expressed excitement ahead of confirming the genders of the babies in her womb. She said, "Every day, my blood dries up. Nothing else matters. The gender is the most important. I pray and hope that they are healthy as a default, but I really don't know."
Son Min-soo felt the same way. He said, "Honestly, I'm already a daughter's dad. I have everything planned out on how to raise daughters," showcasing the demeanor of a 'daughter's fool' father even before the twins are born. In contrast, Lim Lara stated, "I think it's a son," eliciting laughter. She mentioned, "People say I have the characteristics of a son's mother," adding, "My personality is a bit tough. They say the heavens only send sons to those who can handle them."
She continued, "The reason I feel that way is because, just looking at Min-soo's mother, she has the characteristics of a son's mother, and my mother has two daughters, but she was a princess. I couldn't see the ultrasound at 12 weeks. As long as they are healthy, the gender doesn't matter anymore. I worry a lot about whether I could care for a daughter's delicate feelings since my personality is quite tough and boyish, so I hope it's a son, but it turns out to be twins."
In the subsequent examination, Lim Lara and Son Min-soo expressed relief, saying, "I'm glad to hear they are healthy." However, they did not check the genders amidst their uncontainable excitement. The doctor wrote the gender on a note with 95% certainty. They later decided to reveal the genders of their twins through a gender reveal party.
