It has been reported belatedly that actress Lee Seo-yi, 43, has passed away.
On the 1st, Lee Seo-yi's manager, A, announced on Lee Seo-yi's social media account that "the radiant, beautiful, pretty, and kind sister became a star in heaven on the 20th of last month."
He continued, "Everyone must be shocked and deeply saddened by the news of the deceased, but please pray that she can go to a good and beautiful place." The cause of death was not disclosed.
Actor Choi Deok-mun, who appeared with Lee Seo-yi in "Killing Romance," left a comment expressing disbelief, saying, "Huh? What? What do you mean? Why? How could this happen?"
Lee Seo-yi began her acting career in 2013 with the MBC drama "Guam Heo-jun." She appeared in several dramas, including SBS's "Cheongdam-dong Scandal." Later, she starred in films such as "Madame Bbyungdeok," "The Task Force," "The King," and "Are You Still in Love?"
In the film "Killing Romance," she played the role of the protagonist's older sister, portrayed by Gong Myoung.
