Can Zion achieve both love and dreams?
The drama "Fresh Romance" (written by Hwang Yoon-hee, Hwang Kyung-sung / directed by Hwang Kyung-sung / produced by Danal Entertainment and Yogurt Studio) has released a trailer ahead of the airing of episodes 7 and 8 on the 3rd.
"Fresh Romance" is a music-healing romantic comedy that depicts the special relationship between national goddess Yoo Chae-rin (Lee Chae-yeon), who is exhausted from music after 6 years of idol debut, and aspiring singer-songwriter Han Jeong-woo (Zion), who is serious about music. It is gaining popularity with its gripping story development and a feast of characters with different charms.
In episodes 5 and 6 released last week, Yoo Chae-rin (Lee Chae-yeon) ran away from home and continued a sweet relationship as a couple while working part-time at Han Jeong-woo's (Zion) chicken feet restaurant. Seeing this, Do Ji-yeon (Choi Da-eum) sent a photo of the two to the agency's representative (Choi Jeong-yoon) and provocatively asked, "What will you give me?" which heightened the tension.
Also, Choi Min-jun (Dong Myung) went to see Han Jeong-woo and said, "Do Ji-yeon is going to release dating rumors tomorrow. Once that article comes out, Chae-rin is finished. The tower you worked hard to build will collapse in an instant because of you. This industry doesn't allow for forgiveness."
Concerned about Yoo Chae-rin's career, Han Jeong-woo ultimately poured out hurtful words and announced their breakup. Regretting the breakup, Han Jeong-woo recalled the agency's (Choi Dae-cheol) words to convey his true feelings through music and created a song thinking of Yoo Chae-rin. Upon hearing it, Yoo Chae-rin shed tears, and curiosity about whether Han Jeong-woo's sincerity will reach her is growing.
In particular, the team behind "Fresh Romance" has released a preview video for episodes 7 and 8. In the video, it is foreshadowed that Han Jeong-woo will receive a scouting offer from Yoo Chae-rin's agency, drawing attention to what will happen next. The anticipation is rising with a rich plot involving a singing competition between Han Jeong-woo and Choi Min-jun, and Do Ji-yeon approaching Han Jeong-woo again.
Meanwhile, episodes 7 and 8 of "Fresh Romance" will be simultaneously released on the 3rd via OTT TVING, Wavve, WATCHA, and IPTV Genie TV, B tv, and cable VOD. They can also be seen every Saturday at 6 p.m. in pairs on Japan's Abema TV.
