Actor Sunwoo Yongyeo showcased her skills from running a Korean restaurant in the United States.

Sunwoo Yongyeo introduced the unfamiliar dish called cabbage kimchi. Sunwoo Yongyeo said, 'You need to trim it and soak it in salt. While radish kimchi sells a lot, cabbage kimchi does not sell much. However, cabbage is also easy to digest. It's good for the stomach. It's good for the elderly,' listing the benefits of cabbage.
Sunwoo Yongyeo demonstrated using every part of the cabbage, stating, 'You soak the ingredients in vinegar. This is the cabbage skin, but it's a shame to waste it. The skin is tastier. It's okay because I've washed it.' After adding Cheongyang peppers for spiciness, she made a sauce with cabbage, plum extract, and boiled potatoes, then sprinkled it over pickled cabbage, mixing it all together. Sunwoo Yongyeo noted, 'It doesn't taste like anything right now. It needs to ferment for about three days,' showcasing her skills from operating a Korean restaurant in the United States.
