The group TOMORROW X TOGETHER raised expectations for their comeback by releasing a portion of all tracks from their new album.
TOMORROW X TOGETHER (Soobin, Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Taehyun, Hueningkai) posted a preview of their 4th regular album, 'Chapter of the Star: TOGETHER', on HYBE Labels' YouTube channel at midnight on the 2nd. The video includes highlights from a total of 8 tracks, accompanied by a sensuous and mysterious visual.
This album serves as the last page of the 'Chapter of the Star', dealing with the story of saving each other and the world through the act of 'calling each other's names', which is only possible when genuinely empathizing with one another. The narration "So now, I'll call your name, too" at the beginning of the video enhances immersion in the new album.
The track that drew the most attention is undoubtedly the title track 'Beautiful Strangers'. It is a hip-hop genre with trap rhythms, and the contrast between the dreamy piano line and the intense synthesizer sound is impressive. It depicts the story of 'me' who grows with the strength received from you and 'us', who become more beautiful because of our uniqueness. A member of the new group under HYBE Music, which is scheduled to debut in the 3rd quarter of this year, participated in the production.
'The Song of the Star' is a track that was inserted in the previously released concept trailer. As a stadium rock genre, it is perfect for singing along and interacting with the audience in a concert setting. 'Upside Down Kiss' expresses the desire to kiss you even in a crisis where we are headed in opposite directions.
TOMORROW X TOGETHER included individual solo songs by each member for the first time in a group album since their debut. Soobin brightly and cheerfully expressed the relaxation of enjoying time together in 'Sunday Driver'. Yeonjun captured the desire to willingly get lost in a ghostly counterpart in 'Ghost Girl'. 'Take My Half', which Beomgyu participated in producing, delicately portrays the sentiment of wanting to find happiness through sharing.
Taehyun offers a quiet comfort to those passing through anxious nights with 'Bird of Night', in which he participated in writing and composing. Hueningkai is set to showcase a unique charm with 'Dance With You', which uses a dance metaphor to express the desire to be like the counterpart.
TOMORROW X TOGETHER will release their 4th regular album 'Chapter of the Star: TOGETHER' on the 21st at 6 p.m. In addition, they plan to further heighten the anticipation for their comeback by releasing previews of 5 tracks from the new album from the 3rd to the 7th.
