Moon Won, the prospective husband of Koyote's Shin Ji, confessed that he is a divorcee.
On the 2nd, a video titled 'Who will take our Shin Ji?' was posted on Shin Ji's YouTube channel 'How are you?!'. The video featured Shin Ji and Moon Won before their wedding meeting with Koyote members Kim Jong Min and Baek Ga.
While dining with Kim Jong Min and Baek Ga, Shin Ji drew attention by saying, 'Since this is a proper introduction, I want to share something serious with the members first,' and added, 'This is something you must know.'
In response, Moon Won said, 'I feel like this is something I should address, and you might be surprised,' and revealed, 'What I want to tell you is that I was married once.'
He continued, 'And I have a lovely daughter,' explaining, '(The daughter) is being raised by my ex-wife, but we communicate with each other and are trying to care for the child as best we can.'
Moon Won mentioned, 'Shin Ji didn't know at first, but as we got closer, I felt the need to be honest, so I spoke up,' adding, '(Later,) Shin Ji said, 'I can embrace you because I like you and love you,' which really strengthened me.'
Shin Ji also noted about Moon Won, 'Of course, I think there will be concerned gazes,' adding, 'But I felt that his sense of responsibility looked good; it didn't seem like a situation where he would just be indifferent, but rather he took care of things responsibly.'
Born in November 1981, Shin Ji debuted in 1998 as a member of Koyote, releasing numerous hit songs starting with 'Pure Love,' followed by 'Heartbreak,' 'Fashion,' 'Blue,' 'Nightmare,' 'Disco King,' and many others.
