Jang Yoon-joo said, "Every season, when going on vacation or travel, I would always buy a swimsuit, but now I find rash guards comfortable," and added, "I decided to look for a new swimsuit and bought it myself," as she showcased a new swimsuit she purchased with her own money.

Jang Yoon-joo revealed the bikini she wore in her 20s. She said, "I don't think I can wear it now," and added, "In my 20s, I forced myself to do personal training. A week was enough, and I could eat late-night snacks and drink without issues."
Jang Yoon-joo said, "In my 30s, I had a shift in mindset. I wanted to enjoy exercising as a model, so I did Pilates. I practiced for 9 years and even became certified." She continued, "There were changes for about 6 years, but the last 3 years have been the same."
She explained that she did three types of exercises: cardio, strength training, and Pilates. Jang Yoon-joo said, "After having a child, I manage myself twice as much as before, but I don't torture myself," and added, "The advantages I was born with are all different. Each has advantages given by the heavens. Let's develop those advantages more," drawing attention to her focus on her strengths.
