Rapper Hanhae has been selected as the DJ for KBS Cool FM's 'Kiss the Radio'.
On July 1, KBS announced, "Hanhae will take on the role of DJ for 'Kiss the Radio' and is scheduled to meet with listeners starting July 7."
The 'Kiss the Radio' production team noted, "Hanhae's unique energy and sense, which he has shown in various entertainment programs, will shine on the radio," adding, "We look forward to the late-night chemistry that DJ Hanhae will create with listeners, as he has a deep connection with radio."
Hanhae has proven his wit and sociability by appearing on various variety shows such as 'Amazing Saturday' and 'Single's Inferno'. Additionally, he has experience communicating with radio listeners as a guest on several radio programs, including 'Escape to Cultwo Show' and 'Raise the Volume', making the chemistry that DJ Hanhae creates with late-night radio listeners a point of interest.
Hanhae remarked, "As a radio kid, I am honored to host the historic 'Kiss the Radio' and I want to build stories step by step with listeners."
Meanwhile, a cover stage that Hanhae and Moon Se-yoon presented together in a variety show has sparked interest on social media, leading to the release of an official soundtrack, proving that he is an 'all-rounder' with both popularity and talent. Expectations are high for the new charm that the hexagonal entertainer Hanhae, who has stood out not only in hip-hop but also in R&B ballad genres, will showcase through radio.
On the other hand, KBS Cool FM's 'Hanhae's Kiss the Radio' airs every night at 10 p.m. and can be listened to via 89.1 MHz KBS Cool FM and the radio applications 'KBS Kong' and 'My K'.
