Actress Park Eun-hye met her twin children, who went abroad to study with their father, after a long time.
Park Eun-hye said on the 30th of last month, "I wonder what it feels like to step on Korean soil after a year and a half... I can't say I know everything as a mother... But I still can't forget the day I briefly returned to Korea after just a month of working among foreigners in Taiwan long ago... I can't express how proud I am of you..."
She continued, "I wonder how much you wanted to chat with Korean people in Korean... How lonely were you at a school where you couldn't communicate... And yet, you never threw a tantrum... I am so proud of you for enduring bravely..."
She added, "Seeing my children from the perspective of a parent... I always feel sorry, guilty, proud... and think you are better than I am... That's how it is... My mother probably felt the same way..."
Finally, she expressed her affection towards the children, saying, "I love you, but already worrying about preparing three meals a day... Let's spend the next month and a half meaningfully, my loves."
Meanwhile, Park Eun-hye married a businessman 4 years her senior in 2008 and welcomed twin sons in 2011. After her divorce in 2018, Park Eun-hye took custody of her two sons, who have been studying abroad in Canada since 2022 with their father.
