The group BOYNEXTDOOR is set to release new music in Japan and ignite their rising momentum.
BOYNEXTDOOR (Seongho, Riu, Myeongjaehyun, Taesan, Ihan, Unhak) will release their second single in Japan, 'BOYLIFE', on Aug. 20. The title track is the original Japanese song 'Count To Love', and it will also include Japanese versions of 'I Feel Good', 'Nice Guy', and 'Parental Guidance Suggested'.
The six members revealed their plans for the new music for the first time during the encore concert of their first solo tour, 'BOYNEXTDOOR TOUR 'KNOCK ON Vol.1' ENCORE IN JAPAN', held at the Keio Arena in Tokyo on June 30. They received explosive reactions as they fluently said in Japanese, "The title track is really good, so we hope everyone looks forward to it. We're also looking forward to meeting again through our activities in Japan."
BOYNEXTDOOR is continuing their popularity march in Japan. Even before their official local debut, they were selected as cover models for popular magazines and invited to various large festivals, including SUMMER SONIC 2024. Their debut single, 'AND,' which was launched last year, surpassed shipments of 250,000 copies within the release month alone and received gold disk 'platinum' certification as of July 2024. Their solo tour 'BOYNEXTDOOR TOUR 'KNOCK ON Vol.1'', held in six cities in Japan, sold out all 12 performances as soon as ticket sales began, and the encore concert also quickly sold out all shows, demonstrating the hot popularity they enjoy.
Anticipation and interest are gathering around what the six members, who are steadily climbing, will show in their new album.
