In 'Salon Drip 2', Winter shared her debut story.
On the 1st, a video titled 'A frightening story told by Winter...' was uploaded on the Salon Drip 2 channel.
That day, Winter, who is from Gyeongsang-do, remarked, "People from Seoul are kind," to which Jang Doyoun responded, "There are many bad people," and Winter suddenly admitted, "There are many," causing laughter.
Additionally, Winter, noting that aespa's concept is strong, shared, "Ningning and I emphasized purity and cuteness when we were trainees, saying that we would be recording the song 'Next Level' for the OST remake;" explaining the motive behind aespa's debut.
Winter, who signed a contract in 2017 and trained for three and a half years, recalled, "I went to the SM audition three times. I was supposed to take along an older brother who came with me for a dance festival casting, but I did better than him; however, I was not accepted."
After that, Winter noted that there was a passing signal from another company, stating, "I was in contact with an SM official, and when I said I might go to another company, they said they would take one last look at me. Since it was the company I originally wanted to be in, I went again, and that was when I became aespa."
