Comedian Jung Jong-chul expressed unique feelings regarding his son's dating life.
Jung Jong-chul posted a short video on his personal social media on the 30th, stating, "The return of Si-hoo. The eldest son Si-hoo returned to Korea for a vacation." The released video shows Jung Jong-chul meeting his eldest son Si-hoo at the airport, smiling brightly and posing together, creating a warm atmosphere.
In this regard, Jung Jong-chul noted, "Last evening, our Si-hoo came back from Canada for vacation. I thought he must have struggled studying alone in a strange and distant place, but it turns out he even made close friends there," which elicited surprise.
He added, "What's even more surprising is that he came to Korea on the same plane as that friend," and shared, "Yesterday, I saw Si-hoo's girlfriend for the first time, and even got to greet her father," which heightened the surprise.
Jung Jong-chul commented, "What could this be? It feels like an early meeting of the families," and expressed, "While it was amusing, I also felt a strangely overwhelming emotion in my heart. Jung Jong-chul, who debuted as a comedian with KBS's 15th public recruitment in 2000, received great love for his characters Ok Dong-ja and Mabbagi in KBS 2TV's 'Gag Concert.' He married his wife, Hwang Gyu-rim, in 2006 and has three children: the eldest son Si-hoo, and two daughters, Si-hyun and Si-ah.
