Actress Yoon Seung-ah confessed that she is experiencing presbyopia.
On the 25th, a video titled "My Own Budget Finds! Essential Items for Going Out, Natural Makeup Lip, Summer T-Shirts, Hair Clips, Kids' Hats" was posted on the YouTube channel "Seungaharoon."
On that day, Yoon Seung-ah introduced items she frequently uses, stating that she shopped for the first time in a while. She explained items ranging from oversized T-shirts to hair clips, hats, and bags, and revealed that she recently purchased blue light blocking glasses from brand C.
Yoon Seung-ah said, "I really use them a lot in my daily life. As I turned 40, my eyesight has been getting blurrier. Is it presbyopia? But I heard it starts in your 40s." She added, "When meeting with acquaintances, I sometimes ask, 'Are your eyes blurry too?' So, I started looking for and using blue light blocking glasses. I've heard that my pupils are naturally larger, which makes me more sensitive to glare."
He also mentioned that after undergoing lens insertion surgery, "It was tough to adapt during the first month, especially driving at night; it felt like a laser show. Even now, I barely drive at night due to excessive eye fatigue."
Wearing glasses, Yoon Seung-ah laughed and asked, "Why is this so funny?" The production team reacted, saying, "You suddenly became sharp." In response, Yoon Seung-ah commented, "That's not the concept. It's supposed to prevent blur, but I suddenly looked sharp. It looks good if I let my hair down, but tied up tightly, I seem too studious."
Above all, Yoon Seung-ah remarked, "My eyes feel comfortable. There is a yellow color option, but it's not a burdensome tone, so I wear it often; I even use it as a headband when I wash my hair and find it hard to dry." She recalled a story with her son, Kim Won.
Yoon Seung-ah said, "When I put my glasses or sunglasses on top of my head and go out, my son, Kim Won, asks to have his hair styled like that when he goes to kindergarten. Nowadays, he wears sunglasses every day. He loves dressing up, which is a big deal. When I coordinate nicely, there's often a hiccup with the shoes or socks."
