''More outrageous than a drama''... Shocking infidelity cases revealed by current lawyers
''Reality is worse than drama.'' The real-life infidelity cases based on true stories disclosed by a group of divorce lawyers who appeared on a recent broadcast shocked viewers.
On the broadcast of SBS's entertainment show ''My Ugly Duckling'' on the 29th, the lawyers noted that infidelity among married individuals has recently surged. Many engage in affairs while married, and they stated that the reason is the psychology of thinking that the likelihood of issues escalating is low since the other party is also married. This is referred to as a sort of ''mutual silence agreement.''
One of the most shocking cases among these was a married man who chose to meet only pregnant women. The lawyer expressed astonishment at this distorted thought process, arguing, ''Since she is pregnant, there is no concern about contraception, meaning it is 'safe,''' and pointed out that it was simply an approach for the satisfaction of desires.
Following this, a real incident reminiscent of the drama ''The World of the Married'' was also mentioned. When the mistress became pregnant, the husband demanded a divorce from his wife. Ultimately, he married the mistress after the divorce, but a few years later demanded a divorce from the wife again. The shocking conclusion was that the husband turned out to be infertile, and both children from the two women were revealed to be illegitimate.
