In the 89th episode of Channel A's 'Family That Crossed the Line' airing today at 8:10 p.m., 'American family' Shin Seul-ye X Mark, living in New York, will appear with their 8-month-old son IAAN, introducing a one-month living course in New York recommended by 'real New Yorkers,' along with revealing an estimate of the 'total cost' that includes accommodation, food, transportation, and sightseeing expenses.
On that day, the 'American family' entered a New York classic steakhouse with a 140-year tradition, saying, "If you come to New York, you have to try 'New York steak' at least once." Experienced couple Ahn Jung-hwan and Lee Hye-won said, "It's really delicious here," their eyes sparkling, while the 'American family' dived into a food storm as the steak appeared along with 'spinach garnish.'
Seeing this, Lee Hye-won recalled, "When Ahn Jung-hwan played as an athlete, I washed and cooked spinach for him every day. I wanted to make him like 'Popeye'..." Ahn Jung-hwan then acknowledged, "I really love spinach," and added, "You have to eat that spinach dish with your steak," emphasizing.
Declaring, "It's really delicious," the 'American family' cleared the 'porterhouse steak' and checked the bill after the meal, exclaiming, "Oh my!" They experienced a shock in price even the 'purebred New Yorker' Mark couldn't keep quiet about, as Ahn Jung-hwan and Lee Hye-won agreed, saying, "It is expensive. We can't eat here often." Meanwhile, Lee Hye-won watched as the 'American family' visited the Empire State Building and viewed the observatory, sharing a nugget of knowledge as a 'New York University parent': "The Empire State Building changes its lights to the colors of the school's emblem on the graduation day of nearby prestigious universities."
