The boy group EVNNE successfully wrapped up their solo concert series in four Japanese cities, perfectly adding to their global tour.
Starting on June 13 in Osaka and continuing with performances in Aichi on the 15th, Tokyo on the 21st, and Kanagawa on the 23rd, EVNNE held a total of eight performances titled '2025 EVNNE CONCERT 'SET N GO'' with two shows in each city. Each city concert garnered immense interest as soon as tickets went on sale, and concluded successfully amid explosive enthusiasm from local fans.
This Japanese tour was particularly meaningful as it was EVNNE's first solo concert. Beginning with the opening numbers 'UGLY' (Rock ver.) and 'TROUBLE', the song lineup varied by performance, adding a fresh sensation to each show with songs like 'Boom Bari', 'XO', 'JUKEBOX', and 'SYRUP'. Notably, covers of popular K-POP songs such as NCT 127's 'Bbibbi', SEVENTEEN's 'Pretty', ENHYPEN's 'Sweet Venom', and VIXX's 'Dynamite' were performed with different themes in Osaka, Aichi, Tokyo, and Kanagawa, enhancing the immersion of the performances.
During the subsequent hip-hop, vocal, and performance unit stages, each member's musical colors were distinctly showcased. Keita and Park Ji-hoo transformed into a hip-hop unit through the 'SET N GO' stage, overwhelming the audience with their energy, while Yoo Seung-eon and Ji-yoon performed a duet of the Japanese version of 'To My Adolescence' with delicate emotion, leaving a lasting impression. The performance unit, consisting of Park Han-bin, Moon Jeong-hyun, and Lee Jeong-hyun, presented powerful individual stages from 'Call on Me' and 'Monster' up to 'Birthday Suit', and culminated with a high-difficulty group performance of 'Isis', maximizing the energy of the venue.
Intermittent remarks recalling each city's characteristics and memories with the fans further heated up the atmosphere. In Osaka, they expressed their gratitude for the passionate welcome from fans, saying, "The atmosphere was exceptional since our arrival at the airport." In Aichi, they noted, "I wanted to try Hitsumabushi and Maze Soba when I came to Nagoya," revealing their anticipation for local cuisine. During a meeting with Tokyo fans, they emphasized their excitement, stating, "I've been here several times, but this is my first concert." In Kanagawa, they shared their appreciation and sadness, saying, "I returned to Japan for the concert after last year's fan concert 'SQUAD:R'," leaving a deep impression with their thoughtful remarks in each city.
Following the successful conclusion of their Japan tour, EVNNE will continue their global concert schedule, performing on July 19 in Singapore and on the 26th in Jakarta. The 'SET N GO' tour, which has swept through Taipei, Melbourne, Sydney, and now four cities in Japan, stands as a testament to their popularity across Asia and the expansion of their global fandom.
Meanwhile, EVNNE is broadening their activities by surprise-releasing their second collaboration single 'Newbie' with the popular character Janmang Luffy, and they have confirmed their participation in the '2025 Seoul Park Music Festival' taking place on June 29, marking an upcoming meeting with domestic fans.
