Actor Koo Seong-hwan will appear in "Reverse."
On the 25th, Big Boss Entertainment announced that actor Koo Seong-hwan will appear in the Content Wave original drama "Reverse."
"Reverse" (produced by Outrun Brothers Pictures, Another Pictures, I Am the Future) is a mystery thriller about Myo-jin (played by Seo Ji-hye), who lost her memory, and her devoted fiancé and future chairman of the Mono Group, Junho (played by Ko Soo), facing the shocking truth of an explosion incident at a mysterious villa.
In the drama, Koo Seong-hwan plays "Jae-yong," the owner of a happy bar who becomes embroiled in the revenge of Ha-gwang (played by Kim Min) and Pil-joo (played by Lee Jung-hyun) after an accidental encounter. He is expected to leave a strong impression with a rough yet charming character not seen before.
Last year, Koo Seong-hwan, who was beloved as the down-to-earth 'Goo Jeo-ssi' in "Home Alone," was appointed an ambassador for his hometown, Gangdong District, where he is actively engaging in activities for local development, and he has also contributed to charity in line with Liberation Day, demonstrating his positive influence in return for the love he has received.
Additionally, recently in the Netflix series "Kwangjang," Koo Seong-hwan, playing a detective, showcased sharp action scenes in a dark truck, demonstrating his versatility in the action noir genre. He has also made a strong impression as an actor in the films "Escape: Project Silence," "Marriage of Dawren," and the Disney+ original series "Sam-sik's Uncle," which were released last year.
Meanwhile, the Content Wave original drama "Reverse," in which Koo Seong-hwan is confirmed to appear, is scheduled to be broadcast in the second half of this year, with all eight episodes released simultaneously.
