'Fresh Romance' Lee Chae-yeon and Sion's innocent romance has begun.
The drama 'Fresh Romance' (written by Hwang Yun-hee and Hwang Kyung-seong, directed by Hwang Kyung-seong, produced by Danal Entertainment and Yogurt Studio) released a trailer ahead of the upcoming episodes 5 and 6 on the 26th.
'Fresh Romance' is a unique music healing romantic comedy that portrays the special relationship and budding romance between national goddess Yu Chae-rin (Lee Chae-yeon), who is exhausted from six years of idol debut, and Han Jeong-woo (Sion), an aspiring singer-songwriter who is serious about music. With appealing characters and the outstanding performances of well-rounded actors, it captivates viewers with both laughter and excitement.
In episodes 3 and 4 released last week, Han Jeong-woo's feelings for Yu Chae-rin gradually grew after a surprise kiss. Yu Chae-rin approached Han Jeong-woo directly, not hiding her feelings, and displayed a lovely, straightforward demeanor that made viewers smile.
Consequently, Han Jeong-woo confessed, saying, 'Shall we meet once?' and started a happy secret relationship. Avoiding people's gaze, Han Jeong-woo brought Yu Chae-rin home, but his awkward demeanor in the tense atmosphere elicited laughter. Han Jeong-woo played the guitar and sang warm songs for Yu Chae-rin, presenting a crinkly excitement as they immersed in each other.
The conflict between Han Jeong-woo and Choi Min-jun (Choi Myung) also reached a peak. Choi Min-jun, who attempted to steal Han Jeong-woo's song to release a new track, confronted Han Jeong-woo and pressured him to sell the piece, provoking him further by stating, 'Don't see Yu Chae-rin anymore. You are from a different world. Don't get hurt for nothing; give up.'
Additionally, Do Ji-yeon (Choi Da-eum) recalled her happy past with Han Jeong-woo and was shocked upon seeing a photo of Han Jeong-woo and Yu Chae-rin's secret dating vibes, signaling the start of a love triangle.
Meanwhile, in the preview video for episodes 5 and 6 released by 'Fresh Romance,' Han Jeong-woo and Yu Chae-rin's secret relationship is depicted in a precarious situation where they risk being discovered by entertainment reporters who catch them in photos, increasing curiosity about whether their romance will face a red light.
On the other hand, episodes 5 and 6 of 'Fresh Romance' are set to be simultaneously released on the 26th via OTT TVING, Wavve, WATCHA, as well as IPTV Genie TV, B tv, and cable VOD. Beginning the 21st, the episodes will also be released weekly at 6 p.m. every Saturday through Japan's Abema TV.
