In the SBS entertainment show 'My Ugly Duckling' aired on the 22nd, Yoon Si-yoon's unexpected daily life, known as 'Alarm King,' was depicted.
Maintaining a healthy physique of 177cm in height, 67kg in weight, and a body fat percentage of 6.7%, Yoon Si-yoon declared 'I need a transformation before filming 'Taxi Driver 3'' and surprised everyone by announcing a 24-hour water fasting.
He said, 'I need to look so gaunt that I appear sickly,' and began fasting without even drinking water from the day before. Already with a pale face, he engaged in high-intensity workouts, stating, 'I need to sweat as much as possible,' continuously training without rest.
