On the 23rd, a debut showcase for Baby DONT Cry was held at the Bluesquare in Yongsan, Seoul. Baby DONT Cry is the first girl group from P Nation, led by Psy. It consists of members Lee Hyun, Kumi, Mia, and Benny, and the group is produced by Jeon So-yeon from (G)I-DLE, which has raised even greater anticipation ahead of their debut.
Leader Lee Hyun said, "As Psy's first girl group, we made a resolution to succeed and do well. Today marks the beginning of the realization of our dreams," smiling. Regarding Jeon So-yeon from (G)I-DLE, who is a senior girl group member as well as a producer, she said, "It was such an honor. I have always loved the stage and followed her closely. I couldn't believe she would work with us from our debut album. Since she is a senior girl group member, I felt fortunate to learn a lot from her," expressing her gratitude.
Lee Hyun recalled, "Even though we are rookies who debuted today, when I first met producer Jeon So-yeon, I was a trainee. She encouraged me to perform with more strength than just being cute."
