Actress Nana has removed all her body tattoos, but the one remaining ankle tattoo has once again become a topic of conversation.
On the morning of the 17th, a production briefing for the film 'The Reader's Perspective' (directed by Kim Byeong-woo, provided by Lotte Entertainment and Smilegate, distributed by Lotte Entertainment, produced by Realize Pictures Co., Ltd., co-produced by MYM Entertainment, Smilegate Realize, and The Present Company) took place at Lotte Cinema, Konkuk University.
That day, Nana appeared on stage in a calm style with a loose jacket and long skirt. The overall atmosphere was neat, but the gaze naturally turned to her ankle. This was due to the clearly etched tattoo of the number '1968' on her ankle.
This is the only tattoo that Nana did not remove among all the tattoos she had on her body.
Nana previously drew attention at the production announcement for the film 'Confession' with tattoos covering her upper and lower body. She later noted, 'The tattoos were a way to deal with emotions during a difficult time.'
However, in 2023, she decided to remove her tattoos. The reason was a comment from her mother. After her mother said, 'I want to see a clean body again,' Nana began to remove all her tattoos, and the process was shared through her personal channel.
Nevertheless, she kept the one tattoo '1968'. Nana has explained that this number is 'the year her mother was born,' drawing attention.
Meanwhile, Nana will appear as Jung Hee-won in the film 'The Reader's Perspective,' which is set to be released on July 23.
