The Lim Young-woong fan club, Jeonbuk Byeolbitbang, participated in creating a society that lives together by donating 4.77 million won for the deaf on June 16, the birthday of Lim Young-woong.
The donation was made to the Korea Association of the Deaf, Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province Association, Gochang County branch, marking the fourth support following the previous contributions.
Hong Jae-chun, the head of the Gochang County branch, said, "For smooth communication for the deaf, there needs to be interest in sign language education among the general public, and I am grateful to Jeonbuk Byeolbitbang for continuously supporting this."
Moreover, Ms. Lee, who is currently working as a caregiver, said, "I am happy to be able to converse with the deaf after completing sign language education, and I hope continuous sign language courses are held for both hearing and deaf individuals."
Jeonbuk Byeolbitbang has consistently supported educational expenses for single mothers and sign language education for communication with the deaf over five years, with a cumulative amount of 48,190,000 won, thereby practicing continuous support for social minorities. Additionally, it was stated that such practices will continue for a beautiful society that lives together.
Meanwhile, Lim Young-woong held a live birthday party through his YouTube channel 'Lim Young-woong' on the 16th, closely interacting with his fans.
