Jeong Hoon-hee revealed that he wrote a will before the consolation performance.
On the 16th, Channel A's 'Close Friends Documentary – Four-Person Table' (hereafter Four-Person Table) featured singer Jeong Hoon-hee, who invited close friends Insun Yi, Park Sang-min, and Park Gu-yun to throw a party.
Jeong Hoon-hee said he has been to Vietnam for consolation performances three times since his debut. He shared, "Every time I went, I stayed for a month. Every time I go to Vietnam, I write a will at the airport. 'Even if I get hurt, even if I die, I will not raise any objections against the country.'"
He recalled while getting emotional, "It was in 1968 when I was a 17-year-old high school student. When I went on stage wearing a miniskirt, people went crazy. The reason I still can't sing 'Lamp Across the River' is that whenever I sing that song, the soldiers would cry. I feel like crying even now."
Jeong Hoon-hee said, "Korea has done well because of those people. Back then, 'Made in Korea' had nothing but our bodies."
