'Pursuing Old Encounters' is a project revisiting faded connections, gathering single colleagues from the entertainment industry who believed that nothing would happen even if they were stranded on a deserted island. The season 2 cast includes actors Kang Se-jeong and Park Eun-hye, comedian Shin Bong-sun, singer Wax, and actor Park Kwang-jae and Lee Hyung-cheol, singer Lee Gi-chan, and comedian Lee Sang-jun.
In a situation where they are revealing self-introductions written for their first meeting, Lee Gi-chan drew attention by checking 'high' in the wealth category, which is divided into 'high, medium, low.' Before his identity was revealed, Shin Bong-sun, who read the self-introduction that said 'Little Prince,' joked, "I think our personalities might be similar. As for the wealth."
In a situation where they are exchanging greetings after revealing their identities, Song Eun-i, the planner and MC of 'Pursuing Old Encounters', asked Lee Gi-chan, "I didn't know, but do you have a lot of assets?" inquiring about the wealth that corresponds to 'high.' In response, Lee Gi-chan cautiously replied, "Yes, I think it's more than 'medium'," adding to the surprise.
Song Eun-i also chimed in as if she remembered late, saying, "Copyright rich." In fact, Lee Gi-chan had received much love for his hit songs like 'Cold'. It aroused curiosity whether he would find connections in season 2 of 'Pursuing Old Encounters.'
