WSWF teams up with an all-time special judging panel.
Mnet 'World of Street Woman Fighter' (directed by Kwon Young-chan CP, Choi Jeong-nam PD, hereinafter 'WSWF') has unveiled the special judging lineup for the elimination battle that will determine the first crew to be eliminated.
The revealed lineup is truly spectacular. Baby Slick, Back Kooyoung, Ashley Everette, and Kazukiyo will judge the elimination battle alongside Mike Song, the fight judge of WSWF, to determine the first crew to be eliminated.
Baby Slick is a first-generation dancer of Korea's street scene and an all-rounder dancer who can handle street dance, freestyle, waacking, house, and hip-hop. Previously, they appeared as a member of Woorugel in 'Suwpa2,' captivating attention with their fearless battle skills. Back Kooyoung is known as the performance director at SM Entertainment and is often regarded as the father of K-pop dance. In addition to their participation in 'S Man Pa,' they boast extensive experience as a survival director, including serving as a dance master on 'Boys Planet.'
Ashley Everette has been linked with Beyoncé since their first music video in 2006, continuing a tour collaboration, and was one of the two dancers standing next to Beyoncé in the global hit 'Single Ladies.' With a history of collaboration with global artists like Usher, Jennifer Lopez, and Ciara, there is growing interest in the presence they will showcase through WSWF. Kazukiyo, originally from Japan, is a house dancer active in the BOUNSTEP crew and possesses a wealth of judging experience suited for the elimination battle mission.
The production team of WSWF said, "Since this battle will see the first crew elimination, we have put great effort into assembling the special judges. You can look forward to a diverse judging panel with deep insights into dance and battles," and they added, "We will continue to bring various judges for each mission through the special judging system, so we appreciate your continued attention."
Mnet 'WSWF' airs every Tuesday at 10 p.m. (KST), and viewers can check out the new special judges starting from the broadcast on the 17th.
