Actress Kim Hye-soo purchased a luxury villa in Hannam-dong for 8 billion won.
According to real estate registration documents on the 16th, Kim Hye-soo bought a 242.3㎡ unit at Han River Hills located in Hannam-dong, Yongsan District, Seoul, at the end of March. Notably, this property has no established mortgage rights, revealing that she bought it entirely in cash, which surprised many.
Furthermore, Han River Hills is a place where Kim Hye-soo was already residing. It appears that she purchased it after additional listings became available in the same villa.
This villa is known to be a secure place within the high-end residential area of UN Village in Hannam-dong. In addition to Kim Hye-soo, members of the idol group BTS, including Suga, and actress Kim Ha-neul have also resided here.
Kim Hye-soo met viewers earlier this year through the drama 'Trigger' released on Disney+.
