Actor Lee Kwang-ki eventually broke down in tears at the wedding of his daughter Lee Yeon-ji and soccer player Jeong Woo-young, who plays for Bundesliga's FC Union Berlin.
Lee Yeon-ji and Jeong Woo-young held an outdoor wedding on the 15th in Seocho District, Seoul. Yoo Jae-seok hosted the event, and Crush performed a congratulatory song.
Many celebrities attended as guests, including comedians Park Soo-hong, Jeong Jong-cheol, Cho Sae-ho, broadcaster Ahn Seon-young, Hong Seok-cheon, Kang Soo-jeong, Hyun-young, and Choi Eun-kyung.

Lee Yeon-ji and Jeong Woo-young met through a gathering of friends and developed their relationship into romance, eventually getting married after about a year of dating. Both were born in 1999 and are of the same age, and their newlywed home will be set up in Germany, where Jeong Woo-young is active.
In particular, Lee Yeon-ji has previously showcased her lovely charm by appearing on the SBS entertainment show "My Kid is the Best," and she gained attention for her pure visuals, resembling actress Son Ye-jin.
Lee Kwang-ki, sharing the news of his daughter's marriage, expressed in an interview with OSEN, "As a parent of a daughter, I had a wish for her to get married a bit more slowly, but seeing Jeong Woo-young, I gained trust in his diligent and considerate demeanor," and added, "I was pleased to see him listening well to my daughter. Even though he's my son-in-law, I feel grateful as if God has given us a son as a gift."
