Kim Jun-hee recently noted, "What I've felt over the years managing my body is that the most important thing in building your body is not exercise, but diet and what you eat. If you only exercise diligently and eat anything, it's only a matter of time before you become a healthy pig. You must not forget that what I eat builds my body."
She added, "If you want to create a slim body, start by writing down what you eat throughout the day. Sodas, sugary drinks, fruits, bread, noodles, fried foods, late-night snacks… if any of these are present, you should cut them out before starving or making any other transfers."
"Especially sugary drinks!!! Just cutting this one out will help you eat whatever you want and lose at least 3 kilograms. Instead, consuming foods made with high-quality butter, olive oil, beef, and pork will make it much easier to lose weight. Along with moderate carbohydrates and boiled vegetables rich in minerals and vitamins," she advised.
Finally, she added, "The fact that my body changes according to what we eat! Don't forget that this is an unchanging truth."

Meanwhile, Kim Jun-hee debuted in 1994 with the mixed group Mu and is currently active as an entrepreneur. Kim married a man five years younger than her, who is not a celebrity, in 2020, and she is running the enterprise with her husband.
