Actor Lee Dong-gun acknowledges his relationship with 16-year-younger Kang Hae-rim and will make his first appearance on 'My Little Old Boy.'
The SBS broadcast of 'My Little Old Boy' on the 15th will showcase a special day where Lee Dong-gun competes in a family cooking contest with his mother.
On that day, Lee Dong-gun and his mother surprised everyone by throwing down the gauntlet in the 'National Family Cooking Contest,' which saw culinary talents from across the country gather. Feeling proud of his mother's cooking skills, Lee Dong-gun decided to enter in order to showcase her level of culinary expertise. On that day, Lee Dong-gun and his mother revealed unimaginable cooking ingredients, causing reactions like, 'I can't imagine the taste' and 'It reminds me of traditional Italian cuisine,' creating a buzz in the venue.
Before the contest, Lee Dong-gun and his mother arrived early in Namwon, Jeollabuk-do, where the contest was held, to begin final cooking practice. Mr. Dong-gun, who came along to support his wife and child, noted, 'We've had arguments because we've been practicing cooking every day and I had to eat it.' However, Dong-gun's mother also pointed out her husband's tone, leading to a second couple's quarrel breaking out in real-time, leaving Lee Dong-gun sweating in the middle of his parents' quickly cooling relationship.
On the day of the contest, Lee Dong-gun and his mother showed signs of extreme tension in front of the judges observing them like hawks, along with competitors gathered from across the country. Due to their nervousness, they mixed up important cooking orders. To make matters worse, they made a big mistake when pressed for time, raising the question of whether Lee Dong-gun and his mother could overcome the crisis and finish cooking safely to win a prize.
The intense cooking contest challenge of Lee Dong-gun and his mother can be seen on June 15, Sunday at 9 p.m., on SBS 'My Little Old Boy.'
