On the 13th, in the broadcast of KBS2TV 'Heart on Wheels,' Shin Dong-yup appeared as a surprise guest and shared stories behind the Baeksang Arts Awards.
That day, Shin Dong-yup visited the accommodations of Lee Min-jung, Boom, Ahn Jae-hyun, Kim Jung-hyun, and Kim Jae-won. Shin Dong-yup said, "I worked hard all day today." Boom expressed while looking at Shin Dong-yup, "It's so awkward that the natural light is shining here," saying it was the first time he had seen Shin Dong-yup's outdoor variety show, drawing laughter from those around.
Shin Dong-yup caught attention by preparing restaurant-quality cow head soup and steamed pork for Lee Min-jung, Boom, Ahn Jae-hyun, Kim Jung-hyun, and Kim Jae-won. Lee Min-jung said, "I packed this just for you, oppa," preparing some ssamjang from Lee Byung-hun's mother and side dishes.
Shin Dong-yup ladled out cow head soup personally to take care of the Jeong siblings. Boom joked, "It feels like visiting home after you retired, it feels like a visit."
Boom recently congratulated Shin Dong-yup on winning the Male Variety Star Award at the Baeksang Arts Awards. Lee Min-jung clapped and said, "I couldn't congratulate as much as I wanted because I was wondering why oppa didn't win," referencing her husband Lee Byung-hun's unsuccessful attempt at the award, causing everyone to burst into laughter.
Shin Dong-yup said, "After the awards ceremony, I went to Byung-hun's house to have a drink, but I couldn't congratulate him. I thought I would win, but I didn't," eliciting laughter.
Lee Min-jung said, "I didn't think about winning, but I heard critics and journalists congratulating me beforehand. I wondered if it was me." She added, "I couldn't congratulate as much as I wanted and was being cautious," sparking more laughter.
