J-Hope of BTS heightened expectations for his solo concert by previewing an exciting performance.
The first day of J-Hope's world tour encore concert 'HOPE ON THE STAGE FANAL' took place on the 13th at 7 p.m. at Goyang's Goyang Sports Complex Main Stadium. A total of 54,000 spectators attended the encore concert, which is being held over two days on the 13th and 14th.
On that day, J-Hope decorated the opening by performing solo album tracks 'Jack In The Box,' 'What if…,' 'Pandora's Box,' 'Arson,' and 'STOP (There Are No Bad People In The World),' and he greeted the audience by saying, "I'm truly glad to see all the ARMYs who came to 'HOPE ON THE STAGE FANAL.'"
He said, "This is the final. Can we feel the final atmosphere a bit more?" and fans collectively cheered, "J-Hope." Amid the enthusiastic cheers, J-Hope remarked, "Today feels different. There are ARMYs watching online too. Are you enjoying yourselves?" He expressed, "As I mentioned earlier, this is finally the final concert. I can't believe it myself."
He continued, "Starting from the end of February in Seoul, there has been a tour for three months, and this performance has finally arrived at the final. It's lightly raining, which is likely to make the performance even more enjoyable. It's so enjoyable that you might not even tell if what you're sweating is sweat or rain. However, safety is the priority, so please wear raincoats and be careful."
J-Hope stated, "I finally made it to the final concert. I'm so honored to hold the final performance on such a meaningful day, June 13. Thank you for taking your precious time today, and let's have fun crazily since it's the final concert, 613." He added, "I prepared the final concert ambitiously. And today, my significant single is being released, so you can meet that stage as well. I have a lot to show you going forward."
He further remarked, "In the future, the more you see me, the more you will want something and want to continue being with me. Is that too arrogant a thought?" thus raising expectations for the upcoming performances.
