Yoon Sohui has addressed rumors about her having a privileged background.
On the 10th, a new video titled 'Can you handle the final review of Devil's Plan lasting 54 minutes? | Ha Seok-jin, Yoon Sohui, Seven High' was released on Ha Seok-jin's YouTube channel.
In the previously aired final of the Netflix variety show 'Devil's Plan: Death Room,' Yoon Sohui appeared to concede victory to Jeong Hyun-kyu, leading to varied reactions among viewers. It was noted that she had bet in a situation where she could have won.
In this context, Ha Seok-jin asked, "What were your feelings when Jeong Hyun-kyu's victory was confirmed?" and Yoon Sohui replied, "I was really disappointed. I was so frustrated about losing."
If Yoon Sohui had won in 'Devil's Plan 2,' it would have marked the first time a female winner was crowned in survival variety show history.
Yoon Sohui stated, "Actually, I didn't think about the money at first. I was frustrated that I lost when I could have won. If I hadn't been able to play, I might have thought, 'I lost.' But since I had done everything and still lost, I felt frustrated," noting that her anger lasted for more than two months.
With Jeong Hyun-kyu taking home the prize money of 380 million won, Yoon Sohui missed out on 380 million right in front of her eyes. Some speculated about the rumors surrounding Yoon Sohui's privileged background.
Yoon Sohui even revealed, "I also consider 380 million won to be valuable. I really wish I had it. At first, I was upset about not winning in terms of honor, but after a while, I wonder if it crossed my mind."
