Culinary researcher Lee Hae-jung shared her story about almost divorcing her doctor husband.
The broadcast of SBS 'Shoes Off, Single Man' on 10th previewed a special episode featuring Lee Bong-won, Lee Hae-jung, and Jo Hyun-a, drawing attention.
The preview included rumors that Lee Hae-jung and her doctor husband Ko Min-hwan "divorced after paying 4 billion won in alimony." In response, Lee Hae-jung shared the situation when she decided to divorce, saying, "I went to the court to get the documents, filled everything out, and said '(just) stamp it.'"
However, he revealed that he changed his mind at the last moment by saying, "I was going to get out in front of the court, but my shoelaces were undone. I was tying them while thinking, 'I might fall if I step on them.'"
Hearing this, Lee Bong-won was surprised, asking, "Is your mind changed by a shoelace?" Lee Hae-jung replied, "I felt like I had to keep our relationship even in that way," which drew laughter.
Meanwhile, Lee Bong-won asked, "Does (Park) Mi-sun know you are here today?" to which the response was, "Doesn't she know? Do we have to mention that?" He expressed his views on the 'rumored marriage' with Park Mi-sun, saying, "Every time I'm asked about it, they wonder, 'Why do that?' I'm going to do it anyway."
Additionally, he made a remark during a skit, saying, "Why bother doing that?" and remarked, "I did it; so what?" When he said, "If they are having a hard time, I am too," he coolly replied, "There's no way I'm not having a hard time; I'm the one struggling," which made everyone laugh.
On the other hand, Jo Hyun-a, who expressed a desire for a similar romance, lamented, "I want to get married. I really want to get married." In response, Tak Jae-hoon flirted, saying, "I should make Hyun-a's heart drop," adding, "You came out to see your older brother, didn't you?" When asked if they had met recently, she replied, "We drank together," hinting at significant undertones. However, when asked, "Who paid?" Jo Hyun-a immediately answered, "Kim Jae-joong," providing a twist.
Meanwhile, 'Single Man' airs every Tuesday at 10:40 p.m.
