Former baseball player Park Chan-ho expressed complex feelings about his daughter's graduation.
Park Chan-ho said on the 10th, "Finally, my daughter is graduating. Now she has become the adult she claims to be, and she will go to college and prepare to dive into society and study. It seems that having the freedom to leave her parents' side is quite exciting."
He continued, "I don't know why my daughter, who will be leaving her father, is so happy about it. I remember being very scared about going to college after high school. I often pondered whether the path I was taking was right. There were times when I chose difficult and frightening paths rather than easy ones, but ultimately, overcoming those challenges led to my growth and maturity, and it seems I've found myself in a special place of success as a result."
In particular, Park Chan-ho encouraged his daughter by saying, "While I want to congratulate you on your high school graduation, it seems I also have to congratulate you on leaving your parents' side. You've been through a lot under a talkative father. Congratulations on finding the freedom from the TMT father lessons. Keep fighting, Aerin!"
Meanwhile, Park Chan-ho married the second-generation Korean-Japanese Lee Hye Park in 2005 and has three daughters.
