The group ILLIT has excited global fans by releasing additional content offering a glimpse into the new album concept.
ILLIT (Yuna, Minju, Mocha, Wonhee, Iroha) posted concept photos and films of the mini-album 'bomb' in the 'PINK BOMB' version on the team's official SNS on the 9th. The 'PINK BOMB' version sensibly expresses moments where the girls actively interact while relieving stress together.
ILLIT's unique visuals undoubtedly catch the eye. The long-haired members exude a mysterious atmosphere. Adding pink accents while pairing outfits with strong stripes and polka dot patterns, they transform into lovely yet wild cool girls.
It is interesting to see them interacting in group and unit cuts. The unique charm of ILLIT shines through in group photos where Mocha and Minju's hair is tangled or where they make puzzled expressions. This concept photo was worked on by Chinese photographer Zero Wang, adding delicate emotions.
The released concept film maximizes the atmosphere of 'PINK BOMB.' With the sounds of chirping birds in the background, various objects and stunning close-up shots of the members enhance the immersive experience.
ILLIT previously garnered great responses by releasing a brand film created with the music video for the mini-album track 'little monster.' This video captures the members, trapped in a prison of their hearts, swallowing the 'little monsters' that symbolize anxiety and depression, and breaking through walls to become magical girls. ILLIT's bold response to confronting negative inner emotions resonated with viewers.
ILLIT also made its first performance of this song during their first fan concert '2025 ILLIT GLITTER DAY IN SEOUL,' held on the 7th and 8th at Olympic Hall in Olympic Park, Songpa-gu, Seoul.
Meanwhile, ILLIT will showcase the concept photos and films for 'STAR BOMB' and 'MAGIC BOMB' on the 10th to 12th. Following that, two teasers for the title track 'Borrowed Cat (Do the Dance)' music video will be unveiled on the 13th and 15th. The new release will be available on the 16th at 6 p.m.
