Kang Daniel collaborates with top K-pop choreographers.
Kang Daniel has completed the performance of the title track 'Episode' from his new album 'Glow to Haze,' which will be released on the 16th, in collaboration with choreographer Choi Young-jun and the dance crew Ospi-shus. Top-class performers came together exclusively for Kang Daniel. This comeback is heating up especially as it's the first new album released in nine months.
Choi Young-jun is recognized as a living history of K-pop and a leading choreographer. Ospi-shus has received the most overwhelming evaluations in trendy sensibility. The 'Episode' performance is a brilliant combination of contrasting two characters. Choi Young-jun's refined and deep insight was added to the sensory choreography of Ospi-shus in the later stages.
The choreographer noted, "Rather than emphasizing the points of each movement, I focused more on the overall atmosphere and emotion," adding, "Especially, I directed it in a way that allows the charm that has not been shown well until now to naturally seep into the stage."
'Episode' unfolds the excitement of beginning love like an episode. Latin rhythms and R&B sounds blend with Kang Daniel's voice to complete a track with a sophisticated color palette. Davey Nate, who worked with NCT U and SHINee, and HIGHERBABY, who collaborated with SEVENTEEN, co-composed the song, with Kang Daniel participating in the lyrics.
The sixth mini-album 'Glow to Haze,' which marks a new peak for the solo artist, will be released at 6 p.m. on the 16th.
