The unit purchased by Nana has a net area of 221 square meters, and he completed the transfer of ownership last month by paying the remaining balance. A mortgage with a maximum claim amount of about 3.2 billion won has been established, and considering that the maximum claim amount is generally set at about 120% of the loan amount, it is estimated that Nana borrowed over 2.7 billion won from the bank.
