The KBS2 program "Krazy Rich Korean," which premieres on the 15th, explores world-class Koreans at the forefront of the Korean Wave in various fields and deeply portrays their success stories. "Krazy" symbolizes the passion and challenges of K-people who have achieved success by being devoted to their work, shedding more interesting and vivid light on their stories.
Jun Hyun-moo, former professional golfer Park Se-ri, actress Ji Ye-eun, and travel YouTuber Kwak Tube have been confirmed as hosts to lead the program.
Jun Hyun-moo is expected to play a central role in conveying the activities of world-class Koreans more dimensionally and interestingly based on his well-known hosting skills, extensive knowledge and experience validated through numerous programs, and unique insights.
Park Se-ri, the "Korean golf legend," being a representative figure who has reached the pinnacle in a field, will showcase her activities as a host that best align with the program's intent. Ji Ye-eun will take on the role of host for the first time in a KBS entertainment show, bringing her unique energy to enliven the scene. Kwak Tube will deliver the program's stories more vividly with his candid and witty commentary.
"Krazy Rich Korean" will be directed by Lee Chang-soo, who has directed popular KBS entertainment programs such as "The Return of Superman," "Boss's Ears are Donkey Ears," and "The Seasons." Lee Chang-soo is expected to weave the stories of Koreans working around the world with his distinctive, sensuous, and trendy perspective.
Meanwhile, KBS2's "Krazy Rich Korean" will premiere at 9:20 p.m. on the 15th.
