Hong Hyun-hee, in her sixth year of marriage, revealed that she had considered divorce while reflecting on her relationship with Jasson.
Recently, Hong Hyun-hee appeared on the YouTube entertainment show 'Married Women's Club' and had an honest conversation about parenting with comedian Kim Mi-ryeo and influencer Sohijoy.
On that day, she shared the story of how she waited to have a child after marriage, saying, "There are people who are trying hard to have kids, so it's a bit difficult to talk about this, but after being married for 5 to 6 years, as each of us does what we want, I thought, 'If we don't have a child in 10 years, we might live separately.'"
Around the time those feelings arose, her son Jun-beom came along, and Hong Hyun-hee said, "I learned a bit about what true family means," adding, "What I learned from him is that I can't express myself to Jasson to the point of being cold. Jasson would say things like, 'At least give me some money.' It seems I haven't learned to express much, but I'm learning one by one while watching my child."
She also didn't miss the chance to brag about Jun-beom. Hong Hyun-hee said, "Jun-beom likes colors. He knows what colors mix to make what colors. He seems to have an aesthetic sense," adding, "When Song Hye-kyo appears on TV, he says 'She's pretty,' but when I ask, 'Am I pretty, Mom?' he says 'No.' Most kids would say, 'Mom is the prettiest in the world,' right? I've never heard that." This sparked laughter.
Kim Mi-ryeo also chimed in, saying, "Our son flirts a lot. He suddenly runs over and says 'True love is a kiss on the cheek.' I don't know who he takes after, but my dad cheated. It seems he has that trait."
