In the 21st presidential election, with Lee Jae-myung elected, mixed reactions emerged in the entertainment industry.
Singer Lee Seung-hwan captured the broadcast screen when the exit poll results for the 21st presidential election came out at 8 p.m. on the 3rd and posted it with the message, "From regression to progress."
Earlier, on the 29th of last month during the early voting period, Lee Seung-hwan took a selfie wearing a blue hat and shirt while holding a sign that read "Voting completed," mentioning, "I woke up earlier than other days because my heart was fluttering with the thought of choosing a capable worker who will cultivate peace and revive the economy."
On the other hand, JK Kim Dong-wook did not express a separate stance until around 11 p.m. when it was announced that "Lee Jae-myung's victory is certain," at which point he shared his thoughts.
He posted on his social media (SNS), "In the end, it results in having to include songs that shouldn't be included. I think this feeling of anxiety naturally led me to write such songs. It seems that there will be more times to sing about a world we shouldn't experience than love songs now."
