The appointment letter states that as of June 1, 2025, Kim Ki-cheon is appointed as the 'Policy Advisor of the 5th Division of the Functional General Headquarters of the Central Election Countermeasure Committee of the People Power Party for the 21st presidential election.' In fact, it has been revealed that the People Power Party sent out 'appointment letters' to not only Kim Ki-cheon but also an unspecified number of individuals without seeking their consent, causing controversy.
