The wife of the 'theater couple' revealed her troubling family history.
Aired on the 2nd, MBC's 'Oh Eun-young Report - Marriage Hell' (hereafter Marriage Hell) featured the 'theater couple' husband, who shows overflowing energy in front of their child but sinks endlessly into depression when alone, and his wife, who is watched by him.
While the husband played with their daughter, the wife closed the door and lay quietly. The daughter worried about her mother and not only lingered by the door but also handed her cherry tomatoes. Nevertheless, the wife could not easily shake off her seat and get up.
Moments later, the wife, seeming to have made a decision, suddenly stood up and headed toward her daughter. Thus, the three set off for a kids' cafe. The wife acknowledged that her husband is a good dad to their daughter while watching him play with her.
Growing up almost abandoned by her parents, the wife met her husband and gained a precious family. She said, 'I conceived my daughter through in vitro fertilization. I developed acute pregnancy toxemia at 32 weeks. I had to deliver the baby almost immediately at the hospital. She was born weighing 2.15 kg.' She continued, 'She has grown wonderfully well compared to what I have done for her. I feel nothing but gratitude.'
The wife, who experienced abuse from her family from a young age, said, 'I was also hit by my father and brother,' and added, 'There is a saying that you come to understand a mother's heart when you become a mother. Having become a mother, I find that my mother, who pushed me to my father, is even more detestable.'
