Actors Kwak Jeong-wook and Park Se-young shared their thoughts on the birth of their daughter.
On the 1st, Park Se-young posted on her social media, "In mid-May, I safely gave birth to a beautiful daughter," adding, "During the precious and careful time of pregnancy and childbirth, I naturally took a break from social media for a while."
She stated, "I sincerely thank everyone who has sent warm congratulations and support after hearing the news through articles," adding, "Thanks to the interest and help from many people, I was able to safely return home after preparing for pregnancy and undergoing postpartum care, and now that I have a little more leisure, I am writing this."
She continued, "I will gradually share my daily life, recover both physically and mentally, and prepare to greet everyone again in a good appearance. Thank you once again for your heartfelt congratulations and support," adding, "The baby's nickname is 'Goobyeol-i.' It is a name given with the hope that she will grow as a distinct being in the world."
Kwak Jeong-wook also shared his thoughts on his social media the same day, stating, "In mid-May, a beautiful daughter was born to us. It still doesn't feel real, but I've suddenly become a father."
He remarked, "This new name that I can't believe is truly overwhelming, and above all, I feel grateful," adding, "My wife completed her childbirth healthily. After spending precious and careful time together from pregnancy to childbirth, it's been a while since I've been able to greet everyone like this."
He expressed, "Now, as a father, as a husband, and as an actor, I will live my life more diligently. And as the representative of ACT.US LABEL, I will take on a deeper sense of responsibility, creating works and paths that convey sincerity with our artists."
Earlier, on the 16th of last month, Park Se-young's agency, CN Company, stated, "Actress Park Se-young gave birth to a daughter on the 13th (Tuesday)." The agency added, "Both the mother and child are healthy and are resting in the warm care of their families," asking for many blessings and support for Park Se-young and her baby as they welcome this precious new life into the family.
Meanwhile, Kwak Jeong-wook and Park Se-young developed their relationship while working together on 'School 2013' and got married in February 2022. After three years, they became parents by welcoming a healthy daughter.
