Former group Alice member Sohee has completed an identity check on the malicious rumor exposer and warned of legal action.
Sohee stated on her social media on the 31st, "I tried to ignore it as it was nonsense, but the rumors have crossed the line, so I will take legal action."
She mentioned the real name of the rumor spreader, showing a strong will to respond, saying, "I have completed the identity check and will see you at the police station."
Sohee also drew attention by revealing message conversations with other victims. According to the conversation, there are over 20 victims, and they are currently in the process of filing complaints.
Sohee, who stated she would proceed with her own lawsuit, said, "These are truly malicious offenders. Thank you for your help. I will go to the end without leniency, along with my husband."
Earlier, Ji Yoon-mi, a businesswoman worth 10 billion won and a former star of Comedy TV's 'Ulzzang Era 7', held a Q&A with fans over the weekend and received an unpleasant question. An internet user asked, "I heard Sohee from Alice met her husband in a business that involves men, is that true? And also about Ji Yoon-mi, who is a former ulzzang." To this, Ji Yoon-mi strongly rebutted.
She said, "Is this some kind of new trend? Wow, it's so easy to make someone a bar girl in an instant. In the future, those who claim I was a bar girl, can you provide a photo of where I supposedly worked? If anyone saw me having fun, please let me know one actual person who hung out with me. Or if there are any older sisters I worked with, come forward," expressing her anger and warning of legal action.
In response, Sohee said, "What? What is a business that involves men? I met my husband at the birthday party of an older sister I shot with, you know?" She added, "To file a complaint, I need to know the personal details, so if anyone knows, please report it," clarifying that she met her husband at a friend's birthday party.
She continued, "It seems that there are really many people spreading nonsensical rumors. However, I will not pay attention to them. And I am living happily. I will try to post more on Instagram."
Meanwhile, Sohee rose to prominence in 2017 by appearing on SBS's entertainment program 'K-Pop Star 6 - The Last Chance' and later debuted as a member of the girl group Alice. However, in April 2023, she announced her marriage to a businessman 15 years her senior and declared her retirement from the entertainment industry.
